Deaths due to the heart diseases or defects are happening at least two times more often in Ukraine than in other more developed countries.
In Ukraine 68% deaths annualy are caused by heart diseases which is really sad as we have very talented surgeons and heart treatment institutions.
Situation in children’s cardiology is catastrophical as 51,6% of newborn babies, with very difficult forms of congenital heart diseases just die due to the lack of financing from government.
Therefore, these medical institutions need profound and urgent financial support.
